In his latest blog, the second of two parts, Editor Bob Ulrich relays sales advice from the late Bernie Kovach, one-time MTD publisher. Kovach published his 13 resolutions to better selling in the March 1977 issue, but the suggestions seem to ring true in 2010 as well.
