GITI Tire (USA) Ltd. has introduced a new long-haul steer tire, the GSL213, which is available in four sizes.
Those sizes include 11R22.5, 11R24.5, 295/75R22.5 and 285/75R24.5. The GSL213 contains an extra wide and deep tread "for outstanding tread life," according to GITI officials. Other features include "defense and braking force ribs" for prevention of irregular wear and a special tread compound that offers resistance to abrasions and longer tread life.
The tire currently is available through authorized GITI dealers.
