Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations LLC's Off Road Tire, U.S. & Canada Tire Sales division will hike prices by 2% to 7%, effective Sept. 1.
The increase will affect all mining, construction and industrial tires sold by the company.
"At this point, we've been unable tto completely offset rising raw material, energy and transportation costs with improved efficiencies and therefore find it necessary to increase prices," says Shawn Rasey, the division's president.
