Edmonton, Alberta-based Fountain Tire Corp. has named Brent Hesje its president.
Hesje will handle business management and implementation duties for the 39-outlet dealership.
He will work with Fountain Tire CEO and Chairman Brian Hesje.
Brent joined the company in 1992.
Fountain Tire is the 26th largest independent tire chain in North America, according to Modern Tire Dealer data. It also is the 14th largest tire distribution group in North America with 89 affiliated dealers and 10 member-dealers.
The company sells Goodyear, Dunlop, Star, Monarch and Toyo (OTR only) brand tires.
It reported sales of $237 million (Canadian) last year.
