Messe Frankfurt goes online with ‘automechanika.TV’

Aug. 12, 2010

Internet station ‘automechanika.TV’ will go online again during the upcoming Automechanika international trade fair in Frankfurt, Germany, this September 14-19.

The Internet television station was launched during Automechanika 2008 and carried topical interviews and reports from the show at Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre.

This year, all contributions will be available in German and English. Broadcasts will include information for visitors, exhibitors and representatives of the press.

All programs will be broadcast on www.automechanika.com and can be repeated whenever required.

Automechanika.TV is a joint venture of Messe Frankfurt and the AUTOHAUS, asp-AUTOSERVICEPRAXIS and GW-trends trade magazines published by Springer Automotive Media. “Thus, we benefit from the experience and expertise of one of Europe’s biggest automobile portals,” says Thomas Aukamm, director of Automechanika Frankfurt. “Broadcasting ‘automechanika.TV’ on the Web sites of AUTOHAUS, asp-AUTOSERVICEPRAXIS and GW-trends means the attention of an even wider audience will be drawn to the latest news from the fair.”

The first of five programs will be online at www.automechanika.com, www.autohaus.de/tv, www.autoservicepraxis.de/tv and www.gw-trends.de/tv on the first day of the fair. The other programs can be seen on the following four days of the fair.
