Kyle LeDuc wins round 10 of Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series on Toyos

Aug. 12, 2010

The Cherry Valley, California driver only had a short commute from his home to nearly dominate this Southern California event with his Rockstar/Makita Ford F-150.  Kyle also finished on the podium during Round 9 on Saturday, finishing second in the Pro4 Unlimited class.

“All-in-all we had a great package, we changed the setup on the truck around a lot for the new Glen Helen course,” said Kyle LeDuc.  “Our Toyo tires held up well and were very consistent throughout the race.  We plan on keeping this momentum going through the rest of the season.”

“We congratulate Kyle LeDuc on both his win and second place finish this past weekend at the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series event in Glen Helen,” said Stan Chen, manager of events and motorsports, Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp.  “This was the first time the series has competed at Glen Helen, proving that our Open Country M/T-R tires can deliver a win on a completely new race course.”

Father, Curt LeDuc, also had a great weekend in the Pro4 Unlimited class.  On Saturday, Curt posted the fastest lap of the race with a 39.556 and on Sunday he finished fourth in his Rockstar/Makita Ford F-150.  Both Kyle and Curt LeDuc are in the top five in the Pro4 Unlimited class championship for the 2010 LOORS race season.
