Order Reprints

Bridgestone/Firestone Inc.'s Brazilian subsidiary has set up a Customer Satisfaction Program to replace some 40,000 Steeltex A/T tires made in Brazil for the Brazilian market.

The size LT265/75R16 Load Range E tires were made at the company's Sao Paulo, Brazil, facility for Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks between September 1999 and June 2001.

Bridgestone/Firestone Brazil will replace the tires for free with same-size Steeltex A/T tires manufactured since October.
