Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. will report its second quarter 2010 financial results before markets open on Thursday, July 29.
The company will host an investor conference call at 10 a.m. EST the same day. Participating in the call will be Richard Kramer, CEO and president, and Darren Wells, executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Goodyear posted net sales of $4.3 billion for the first quarter, a 21% increase from the same period in 2009. It also experienced a net loss of $47 million during 1Q 2010 versus a $333 million loss in 1Q 2009.
