Yokohama makes top-level management shifts

Yokohama Tire Corp. (YTC) has announced several upper management changes following the retirement of Jim MacMaster, the company's executive vice president and COO, on June 30.

Dan King, YTC vice president of sales and marketing, also will be responsible for corporate strategy and planning.

Gary Nash has been promoted to vice president of YTC's off-the-road division, while Yukio Kuroda will now oversee technical services and product liability.

Both King and Dan Quinn, YTC vice president of operations, will report directly to YTC CEO and President Takao Oishi. (Quinn will also oversee logistics and supply chain planning.) Nash and Kuroda will report to Oishi, as well.
