Heafner Tire Group will lose two top executives at the end of the year when Artie Shields, vice president of Heafner Worldwide, and Nelson Beam, the company's director of tire sales, retire.
Lee Fishkin will replace Shields as vice president of Heafner Worldwide; Beam's replacement has not yet been announced.
Shields exits the tire industry with 30 years experience, according to Heafner officials; Beam started his industry career 35 years ago.
