The Alliance Tire Group has changed the name of its United States-based subsidiary to Alliance Tire Americas Inc. The new name, which replaces Alliance Tire USA, reflects the broadening scope of the operation throughout the Americas, says President Manny Cicero.
“Alliance is a growing force not only in the U.S., but also in Canada and Latin America,” he says. “We believe the company name should reflect the breadth of the territory we are serving through our offices and distribution channel partners throughout both North and South America.”
Four offices are run under the Alliance Tire Americas banner. They are located in:
* Winnipeg, Canada;
* Buenos Aires, Argentina;
* Brentwood, Tenn.; and
* Malden, Mass.
The Brentwood office, recently relocated from Denville, N.J., houses marketing, engineering and customer service for the Alliance brand. The Malden branch is the center for marketing and support services for the Galaxy, Primex and Aeolus brands.
