Bound Brook, N.J.-based Somerset Tire Service (STS) Inc. has opened its first STS Tire Clearance Center.
The Manville, N.J., store will focus on selling discontinued passenger, performance, light truck and SUV tires with related tire services at discount prices. It also will provide limited automotive maintenance services.
"Tires carried at this location are not available at any other company retail store," say STS officials.
All tires sold through the store are covered by full manufacturer warranties.
STS is the ninth largest independent tire store chain in North America with more than 85 stores and $100 million in annual sales, according to Modern Tire Dealer data.
