AAPEX exhibitors up 64% vs. last year

March 29, 2010

The number of exhibitors contracted for the 2010 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo Show is up 64% vs. the same time last year, according to the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA).

The percentage indicates "greater confidence in the economic recovery" and foretells "a strong aftermarket industry footprint in November," say AAIA officials. (The show will run Nov. 2-4 in Las Vegas, Nev.)

AAIA also notes that booth sales for this year's show are up 55% vs. March 2009 levels.

"Increased exhibitor contracts this early in the process is not only a clear sign of an emboldened aftermarket industry, it's a testament by manufacturers who see the value in meeting face-to-face with domestic and international buyers."

Attendee registration opens April 1. For more information, see www.aapexshow.com.
