United States replacement passenger tire sales reached $18 billion in 2009, according to Modern Tire Dealer's 2010 Facts Issue, which is available now.

Replacement medium truck tire sales in the U.S. totaled $4.2 billion, while light truck tire sales reached the $3.6 billion mark. Approximately $487 million worth of farm tires were sold in the U.S. at the replacement level last year, while OTR replacement tire sales totaled $326 million.
