The American Trucking Associations' (ATA) annual report, ATA American Trucking Trends 2009-2010, is now available. The publication examines the size of the trucking industry, fleet demographics, retail sales and other subjects.
According to the report, the trucking industry hauled 68.8% (10.2 billion tons) of all freight transported in the U.S. in 2008.
