Former Del-Nat Tire Corp. vice president of sales and marketing Don Helker has come out of retirment to join Hercules Tire & Rubber Co.
The 35-year tire industry veteran resumed active duty on Sept. 1 as Hercules' new Southeast Region Sales Manager.
He will be based in South Carolina.
Helker retired from Del-Nat last March after nine years there. Prior to that, he worked as private brands manager for Kelly-Springfield Tire Co.
"I'll be pounding on a lot of doors," he says.
