Service Tire Truck Centers (STTC) recently introduced an on-line business-to-business service for its customers, "STTC On-Line."
The free service allows them to access live data such as their invoice history, unpaid/paid invoices, and tire usage reports. Users also can edit certain account information, check inventory, print old invoices and place orders.
"When we designed STTC On-Line, we surveyed our customers to determine what would be of value to them," says Walt Dealtrey, COO and part owner. "The final product offers what they asked for and more."
