Trelleborg shows more radials in Mexico

Trelleborg Wheel Systems continued its push of radial tire technology in Mexico, and demonstrated its radial tires at the Expo Agroalimentaria from Nov. 11-14 in Irapuato, Mexico.

Andrea Masella, marketing manager for Trelleborg Agricultural and Forestry Tires in North America, said, “This is our second time at Agroalimentaria and after the success of last year we are thrilled to come back to Irapuato. We’ve been promoting radial technology in Mexico for over one year now and we are confident of the market’s acceptance. We can definitely say that the demand and interest for radial tires is growing fast.”

At the show this year Trelleborg offered new products such as the 400/75R38 (better known as 15.5R38) with an R-1W tread. The 10.00-16 TD300 TL 10 PR also will be on stand with other new sizes. This is a good solution for users looking for comfort and productivity. Together with the Trelleborg Agro-industrial, harvesting and farm and forestry lines, the company's R1 radial brand, Maximo, was presented, featuring the new 70 series line.

Masella said, “Agroalimentaria 2014 is an excellent opportunity to launch the new Trelleborg website on wheel and tire solutions for Mexico. A place to share local initiatives, promotions, contact information, testimonials and test results, the new website also includes an extensive technical section where our visitors can learn about tire maintenance, pressure setting and other important tire related topics”.

“We would like to extend our thanks to Neumaticos Muevetierra, our customer in Mexico. They are a fantastic group of professionals and an excellent organization to work with.”
