SEMA Show, Day One: Toyo goes all-out

Nov. 4, 2014

Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. is showcasing its tires in three ways at the 2014 SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Show in Las Vegas.

First, the Toyo booth (No. 40041) in the South Hall of the Global Tire Expo features the company's various tire lines, including Proxes and Open Country. The Versado Noir, introduced in September, also is on display.

The centerpiece of the main booth is BJ Baldwin’s custom built pre-runner, Loki, doing a wheelie on new Toyo Open Country R/T tires. Attendees also can see one-of-a-kind car builds by renowned domestic and international tuners, and meet champion off-road racers and popular UFC fighters.

Second, the Toyo Tires Treadpass, which connects the Central and South Halls, features the following:

* Toyo brand tires -- including medium truck tires;

* historical moments from the company's history;

* nearly 30 cars fitted with Toyo tires;

* a free oxygen bar and massage area with charging stations (through Thursday, Nov. 6).

Third, there is a large Toyo video display outside the Las Vegas Convention Center in front of the South Hall.

People not attending the SEMA Show can follow Toyo's show activities on FacebookInstagram and Twitter.
