Tenneco rewards sales of Monroe struts

Oct. 7, 2014

Tenneco Inc. is offering an incentive to counter professionals for the sale of qualifying Monroe Quick-Strut premium replacement assemblies.

The Monroe Quick Rewards scorecard promotion is available for sales from Oct. 1 through Nov. 30, 2014, and rewards a $10 Visa prepaid card for selling qualifying pairs of the ready-to-install Monroe Quick-Strut units.

“The fall ‘Quick Rewards’ promotion is an incentive for counterpeople to encourage their customers to choose Monroe Quick-Strut replacement assemblies, a guaranteed, premium replacement solution that helps to restore the vehicle’s steering, stopping and stability,” says Sheryl Bomia, North American programs manager, Tenneco.

Tenneco says the Monroe Quick-Strut units include all of the OE-style components required for a comprehensive strut repair. Each Quick-Strut unit features a pre-assembled, OE-style bearing plate; upper and lower spring isolators; upper spring seat; coil spring; boot kit; and a premium strut that was engineered to address the vehicle’s unique ride and handling characteristics.

The company says the design of the assemblies reduces installation time by eliminating the need to disassemble components and compress the coil spring and helps to eliminate ride control comebacks commonly caused by failure to replace associated worn suspension parts.

To help ensure customer confidence and satisfaction, Monroe Quick-Strut replacement assemblies are offered with a 90-day money-back guarantee.

Completed scorecards and copies of sales invoices must be postmarked and mailed to Monroe promotion headquarters no later than Dec. 15, 2014. Reward dollars are calculated based on qualifying product sales between Oct. 1 and Nov. 30, 2014. Participants can earn up to $500 in rewards dollars through this promotion.
