On the rise: 200 Love's Truck Tire Care centers

Sept. 17, 2014

Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores have dotted the nation's highways since 1964. But in 2008, the company began its Love's Truck Tire Care service centers.

Six year later, the company recently reached a milestone: 200 truck tire care centers, which are included in almost two-thirds of the travel stops. More than 130 locations offer light mechanical services such as electrical repairs, belts and hoses, fleet and DOT inspections and brake repairs. Two offer full service maintenance.

According to the company, more than 1.3 million drivers (see photo) have been serviced by Love’s Truck Tire Care centers.

"We’re committed to providing solutions, and we’ll evolve as needed so we can meet the needs of more customers,” says Dan Jensen, director of tire sales and service. “Our locations offering light mechanical services have nearly doubled over the past six months."

Earlier this year, Love’s added Goodyear and Continental brand tires to its lineup to provide drivers with a more versatile selection. Bridgestone, Firestone, Aeolus, Michelin (and Michelin retreads), BFGoodrich and Yokohama products are also available.

Love’s roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. More information about Love’s Truck Tire Care centers and roadside service can be found at www.loves.com.
