The new John Bean V2300 Imaging Wheel Alignment System features high-resolution imaging technology, easy-to-use features and the AC400 Touchless Alignment Wheel Clamp. The high resolution camera on the John Bean V2300 Imaging Wheel Alignment System produces exact, live alignment readings and diagnostic data while the passive front and rear XD targets improve durability with no electronics to damage. The V2300 also gives the user advanced dimensioning as the cross-diagonal measurements identify frame or structural damage while the rolling radius identifies mismatched tire sizes, a potential cause of vehicle pulling and driver complaints.
The John Bean V2300 comes with the AC400 Touchless Alignment Wheel Clamp, where only the tire is contacted, offering service technicians secure clamping without touching the rim. Easy to use, the limited clamping force of the AC400 clamp clutch ensures accurate and repeatable results. Other features include the EZ-Toe that allows the user to turn the front wheels and access difficult adjustment points while still displaying centered toe readings and the Vehicle Orientation Directional Indicator (VODI) that guides the technician through the measurement process.
