The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from commercial trucks. This includes "targeted updates to current Phase 2 GHG emissions standards," according to EPA officials.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency "is proposing to set robust federal greenhouse gas emissions standards for passenger cars and light trucks to secure pollution reductions through model year 2026."
In 2009, it looked like lead wheel weights were destined to become a tire shop memory. Yet in 2017, lead wheel weights remain legal in 42 states.
