I'm always looking for potential 'fires' in a client's business. The trouble is, a person can pour gasoline on a hot spot and no one recognizes a problem until it's out of control. The solution: training and no shortcuts.

As opposed to other tire makers that have created their own direct-to-consumer tire websites, Jeremy Burt says, “I love the approach Bridgestone/Firestone has taken. I think wholesalers love this model because it’s empowering. Even the smallest dealer can afford to be on TireConnect.” He says dealers are “crazy” not to participate.
