Tracey Joubert Joins Cooper’s Board of Directors

Tracey Joubert has been named to the board of directors of Cooper Tire & Rubber Co.

“Tracey is a global leader with deep financial and business acumen," says Thomas Capo, Cooper board chairman. "She possesses international corporate finance expertise as well as vast experience within consumer products, which will be invaluable as Cooper focuses on winning with consumers and customers. In addition, she has a strong background in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. We are pleased to welcome Tracey to our board and look forward to her insights.”

Joubert is chief financial officer of Molson Coors Brewing Company, a global brewer with brands such as Coors Light, Miller Lite, Carling and Staropramen as well as craft beers including Sharp’s Doom Bar, Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy, and Blue Moon. She was named chief financial officer of Molson Coors in 2016 after serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer of MillerCoors since 2012.

Previously, she served in a variety of increasingly responsible finance leadership roles for MillerCoors since 2003. Prior to joining MillerCoors, Joubert served in key financial roles over five years with South African Breweries Limited, and earlier in her career, was with Barloworld Limited and KPMG in South Africa.

Born and raised in South Africa, Joubert holds bachelor’s degrees in commerce and accounting from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. She serves on the board of directors of MillerCoors and Coors Brewing Co., subsidiaries of Molson Coors, and on the board of trustees for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee.
