Deadline for nominations is July 2, 2018.

The hall of fame is open to individuals in the tire industry, including manufacturers, inventors, publishers, equipment suppliers, tire association executives, tire dealers, tire and rubber recyclers and retreaders. The award may be presented posthumously.

Inductees are chosen based on the following criteria:

  • service that is exemplary within the tire industry; and
  • respect toward their peers.

Contributions in civic, cultural, educational or charitable endeavors will be considered, but are not a primary consideration for selection.

“Each year we are honored to present the hall of fame award to individuals who have demonstrated great success within the tire industry," says Roy Littlefield, executive vice president of TIA. “Our pool of candidates continues to impress us every year and we are looking forward to inducting another great group of industry leaders into our hall of fame class.”
