Virginia Tire & Auto Opens 15th Store

The 15th Virginia Tire & Auto location has opened, and it marks MSS Inc.'s first move into the Richmond area.

The new store is located at 7501 Harpers Green Way. It opened Jan. 16, 2019.

The Harpers Mill location features:

  • 11 bays,
  • state-of-the-art equipment, including Hunter Engineering Inc.'s Revolution Tire Changer and Road Force Balancer,
  • extended hours,
  • friendly, knowledgeable ASE-certified technicians,
  • free Wi-Fi, in a clean and comfortable waiting area,
  • loaner car service,
  • dedicated customer shuttle, and
  • kids play area.

Virginia Tire and Auto is in the midst of an expansion, and has entered the Richmond, Va., market. This store is located in Harper's Mill.

Virginia Tire & Auto plans to grow more. The company is led by Mike Holmes, CEO, and his wife Julie Holmes, president. (Modern Tire Dealer profiled the company in our October 2018 edition.)

Virginia Tire & Auto was tied for the No. 84 spot on the Modern Tire Dealer 100 in 2018.
