Marc Belanski and Dave Vogel Make Moves at ASA

Posted on April 11, 2019

Marc Belanski, the president of ASA Automotive Systems Inc., has been promoted to portfolio manager of automotive for ASA's parent company, Fog Software Group. Dave Vogel will lead all business operations of ASA as general manager.

Vogel previously served as executive vice president of ASA and managed the TireMaster product line, sales and marketing. He'll report to Belanski.

Belanski will oversee ASA Automotive Systems, Pace Software and Megabus, specifically assisting the general managers with the organic growth of each company. He also will lead the mergers and acquisition activity to continue to grow the company's automotive business.

“I am honored to lead the FOG Automotive portfolio’s next wave of organic growth and capital deployment through acquisitions,” says Belanski. “We have a tremendous opportunity to extend our leadership position by continuing to deliver high-value business solutions to our clients and by expanding the software options we offer.”

Vogel, who has been with ASA for 16 years, says “I am pleased to be leading business operations of ASA Automotive and look forward to continuing the great work of the organization as we drive growth through innovation and service. More updates regarding management and organizational role changes that closely align with our growth strategy will follow.”
