Nexen says it was able to purchase one of the first available Gladiator S models in the nation, and it turned it over to Pfitzer for a project with the Purple Heart Foundation. Through July 24 Nexen is accepting nominations of Purple Heart recipients to win the vehicle. Nominees must be members of the Military Order of the Purple Heart. Members of the Purple Heart Foundation will select the winner based on factors such as heroism, sacrifice and ongoing commitment to community. Nominate a hero here.

The winner will be announced Aug. 7 — National Purple Heart Day.

The build also features several genuine Mopar performance and off-road parts, which have been specifically designed for the all-new Gladiator.
