K&M Tire Adds 30th Warehouse With Acquisition

Posted on July 2, 2019

K&M Tire Inc. is putting the finishing touches on the purchase of Cadillac Wholesale Tire Inc. The acquisition will be finalized as of July 15, 2019.

Located in Cadillac, Mich., Cadillac Wholesale Tire is one of Michigan’s leading distributors of passenger, light truck, truck and farm tires.

"The two companies have very similar cultures of quality, service, and continuous improvement," says K&M, which is based in Delphos, Ohio.

"Cadillac Wholesale Tire customers can look forward to being serviced by the same people with the added benefits of additional warehouses and products to better service the consumers."

K&M adds it plans to service the majority of its new customers from Cadillac Wholesale Tire’s existing warehouse in Cadillac.

Founded in 1970, K&M Tire will now operate 30 wholesale distribution locations serving customers in 27 states across the U.S.
