Phothisane previously worked for Alliance Tire Group as the western region sales representative, and for Horizon Tire Inc. he managed the north central, northeastern, southeastern and midwest territories as regional sales manager.

ZC Rubber says Phothisane's network of connections in the replacement market, and his expertise in OTR, forestry, industrial forklift, agriculture and construction tires made him "the perfect hire."

The company says, "We believe that having the right people and product is key to our success!"

ZC Rubber is offering the Westlake brand of OTR products through container direct shipments from Thailand.

Phothisane's primary task is to help build a competitive program that will allow ZC Rubber's distributors to grow profitably.
