Sullivan Tire Opens Store No. 73

Sullivan Tire Co Inc. has opened a new store in Massachusetts, the company's 73rd retail location.

The newest Sullivan Tire and Auto Service store has opened in a former Meineke location in Reading, Mass. The renovated, 4,354 square-foot store includes six bays. Longtime employee Joe Paquette is managing the location, which opened Nov. 25.

“My team and I are excited to serve the Reading community and treat each customer as a member of the family,” says Paquette.

Paul Sullivan, vice president of marketing for Sullivan Tire, says, “We are excited about our continued growth in New England. Reading, Massachusetts will fit perfectly into our expansion plans, and we are thrilled to serve this community."

In addition to the 73 retail locations, Sullivan Tire operates 15 commercial truck centers; 14 wholesale satellite locations, three retread plants; two LiftWorks facilities; and two distribution centers. The company, based in Norwell, Mass., has more than 1,200 employees in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Maine. Sullivan Tire holds the No. 13 spot on the Modern Tire Dealer 100 list of largest independent tire dealers in the country.
