Conrad's Tire Announces Customer Safety Actions

Posted on March 23, 2020

Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care is encouraging customers to drop off and leave vehicles for service to limit the number of people in its waiting areas.

The Cleveland, Ohio-based dealership also has communicated to customers that its associates will wear gloves and use steering wheel and seat covers when driving their vehicles.

“We have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation around COVID-19 (commonly refered to as coronavirus), responding to the new information as it arises and preparing for all possible scenarios, with the goal of continuing to safely serve you,” Conrad’s Tire President and CEO Erik Turk said in a statement posted on the company’s website.

“Be assured we will do everything we can to continue to serve our customers safely.”
