2015 SEMA Show -- Tires, Tools and Technology

With upwards of 2,300 exhibit booths showcasing thousands of products, the annual four-day Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show is an extravaganza of choice for attendees involved in the automotive industry. Yet some trends that speak to the over-arching preoccupations of tire dealers emerged from the abundance of products on display at this year’s edition, which ran Nov. 3-6 in Las Vegas.

Gaither Tool has created a wheel lift with gas springs, and wants shops to ask themselves to make the switch from Mr. Tough to Mr. Smart. The manufacturer says the the equipment reduces risk of injury as well as damage to wheels and ceramic brakes.

The Winntec HD-series Wheel Assist by Gaither Tool Co. Inc. helps technicians lift and position tire and wheel assemblies with the simple press of a foot pedal and ease of a single finger. Gaither highlighted the tool at its booth at the 2015 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show.

Gaither Tool will debut new products at SEMA

Gaither Tool Co. will promote four new products at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show in Las Vegas, Nev., Nov. 1-4, 2011. Gaither will officially launch the new Bead Bazooka and GT ABB 01 Agricultural bead breaker, plus a new series of Jacks specifically for use on heavy-duty equipment and commercial vehicles.
