Unimax Updates Its Online Look

Unimax Tire Ltd. has refreshed its website to help it display and market its seven retail banners available to tire dealers across Canada.

As opposed to other tire makers that have created their own direct-to-consumer tire websites, Jeremy Burt says, “I love the approach Bridgestone/Firestone has taken. I think wholesalers love this model because it’s empowering. Even the smallest dealer can afford to be on TireConnect.” He says dealers are “crazy” not to participate.

Point S Development is updating its all-season tire for Europe. The success of the Point S 4 Seasons tire drove the development of the Point S 4 Seasons 2.

Since Tire Factory's move to join the Point S network, there's been a heavy focus on branding and a unified customer experience at stores. Point S Dealers Increased Sales by 10% in 2018

Point S Tire & Auto Service retailers in the U.S. have access to new tools to help them serve consumers online, manage customer feedback and pursue and track declined services. Leaders expect the tools will help Point S dealers beat the 10% increase in sales they recorded in 2018.

With six bays and two crews of employees, Cory Brown’s tire store was servicing 1,500 to 2,000 vehicles a month from a 6,200 square-foot location on Campbell Street in Rapid City, S.D.  “We were climbing all over ourselves for space,” he says.
