Triangle: No Construction Delay From Hurricane Florence

Triangle Tire USA says the site of its future U.S. tire plant has withstood its first big test — Hurricane Florence — and preparation work continues for the construction of its passenger and light truck tire factory.

Triangle Will Build a $580 Million Tire Plant in North Carolina

Triangle Tyre Co. Ltd. has selected EdgeCombe County in North Carolina as the location for its first manufacturing facility in the United States. The plant represents an investment of nearly $580 million by the tire company and will employ up to 800 people when fully operational.


Tire Mold Problem Prompts Triangle Recall

Triangle Tire USA is recalling certain Triangle TR643 tires in size ST225/75R15. A protruding screw in one tire mold may have punched a hole in the space where the sidewall and tread meet.

Triangle's IPO Will Increase R&D Investments

Triangle Tyre Co. Ltd. became a publicly traded company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Sept. 10, 2016. The company’s U.S. subsidiary expects the move will boost Triangle’s efforts to become a major player in the U.S. tire market.
