Continental Tire the Americas LLC has appointed Rob Schroeder as Head of Region for the United States and Canada for the Commercial Specialty Tire business of Continental.
Schroeder, who is currently the senior manager of operations, marketing and analytics, will oversee all of the material handling, port, earthmoving and agriculture tire business in the U.S. and Canada in his new role.
The appointment is effective April 1, 2024.
Joining Continental in 2013, Schroeder has been a part of the truck tire and commercial specialty tire business over the years.
In his new role, Schroeder succeeds Andrew Davis and will report to Constantin Batsch who heads global sales and operations for specialty tires globally.
“Rob has been an integral part of Continental for more than ten years, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of our company’s values and objectives,” says Batsch.
“He exemplifies the qualities, strategic thinking, and vision necessary to lead our sales efforts within the region.
