Same city, better location. Belle Tire Distributors Inc. has successfully moved its Austins Parkway store to 4545 Miller Road in Flint, Mich.
The relocated store provides improved accessibility for customers: convenient access from Interstate 75 and Interstate 69 to the store driveway and entrance. And because it is located directly across from Genesee Valley Center, customers will be able to shop and eat while technicians service their vehicles.
It was also designed to improve the customer experience. "We have created a design that allows them to have their vehicles serviced by Belle Tire while being productive away from home or the office," says Wayne Shotwell, Belle Tire’s vice president of logistics and asset management.
The new store joins the existing four in the area. They are located in Fenton, Grand Blanc, Burton and Flint on West Pierson Road.
“Belle Tire continues to be an industry leader by differentiating ourselves from our competitors with auto care options that include everything from tires and custom wheels to auto repair and glass services,” says Jeff Kruse, senior vice president of retail operations. “And now we are aggressively working to make our consumers’ experience match our robust menu of products and services.”
Belle Tire began an aggressive plan to renovate all of its Michigan and four Toledo stores in the spring of 2012 to help create an experience that fits into the busy lifestyles of its customers. This includes the ability to work remotely from the store with free Wi-Fi and charging stations for their wireless devices.
