Rotary Lift campaign highlights American workers

July 1, 2014

Rotary Lift has launched “Raised in Madison,” a media campaign that tells the “behind-the-lift” stories of the people who build and support its car and truck lifts in the company’s hometown of Madison, Ind.

Madison, a small town on the Ohio River, is home to Rotary Lift’s world headquarters and North American manufacturing and assembly plants.

The company’s North and South American operations, engineering, product development, R&D, customer service and support, training, and sales/marketing teams are also based in Madison.

“For nearly 90 years, Rotary Lift vehicle lifts have set the standard for quality, ingenuity and value for every repair shop, dealership and service center that owns one. The Rotary Lift brand has earned a legendary reputation in the industry because of the skill and dedication of our people,” says Matt Webster, vice president and general manager, the Americas, for Rotary Lift parent company Vehicle Service Group (VSG).

“Raised in Madison is about quality, pride, craftsmanship, teamwork and family. It’s about Midwestern values and a strong work ethic. It’s about employees who care about each other and the products they make. It’s about doing the things that no other lift company does. It’s about being raised in Madison.”

The campaign kicks off with a short trailer video viewable at vimeo.com/95522072. Additional videos featuring Rotary Lift products and the teams that make them will be rolled out to a new microsite, www.rotarylift.com/raised-in-madison/.

The site will also include employee profiles and a legacy page that chronicles Rotary Lift’s history. New ads featuring Rotary Lift employees debut in print and online in July, as well.
