Oliver introduces a drive tire retread

May 13, 2014

Oliver Rubber Co. has launched the Oliver Performance Drive, a drive position retread for long-haul and regional applications.

“The Performance Drive is the newest Oliver product," says Philip Boarts, Oliver product category manager. "It is designed with unique properties to assist fleet operations in controlling their overall tire expenditures.

“This retread delivers high mileage and excellent traction throughout the life of the tread.”

Oliver’s proprietary tread compounding delivers excellent wear resistance, while the deep full-width sipes and interlocking grooves assist with rain and snow evacuation. Designed for single and tandem axle tractors, the Performance Drive has 26/32nds of tread depth and is available in five sizes:  210, 220, 230, 240 and 250. All Oliver retreads carry a national warranty to 2/32nds of tread depth.
