Brake Parts Inc. LLC (BPI) has named Randy Clausen its new vice president of global human resources. Clausen brings more than 25 years of human resource experience with specific focus in the Americas, Asia and Europe to BPI.
Clausen’s experience encompasses more than 20 years with Maytag Corp. and seven years with Dover Corp. where he was most recently the vice president of human resources for a $1.7 billion global business segment.
Clausen said he plans to develop programs that will enhance and augment the skill sets of the existing personnel to play bigger roles in the future success of the business.
