Sears Automotive, part of Sears Holdings Corp. has been going through a lot of changes of late. Are any of them red flags of things to come?
Maybe. The company already has indicated it may spin-off its auto centers. And earlier this year, it tabbed a financial guy to run its automotive business. The previous head of automotive at Sears? Joe Finney, a tire guy.
