Here is some good news for tire dealers who forgot to sign up for the Virginia Automotive Association (VAA) 2014 Convention & Trade Show: The deadline to sign up has been extended.
Dealers have through March 18 to register for the event, which will be held April 11-14 at The Homestead in Hot Springs, Va.
"As we wind down a long, tough winter season, picture spending a beautiful warm spring weekend at one of Virginia's jewels and America's First Resort -- The Homestead in Hot Springs, Va.," says Steve Akridge, executive director of the VAA. "They have given us a fantastic room rate, and all of the new amenities are now open."
By "new amenities," he means the following:
* Canyon Ranch Spa Club;
* Allegheny Springs and Jefferson Pools;
* Cascades Gorge hike;
* gun club sporting clays;
* fly fishing;
* golf on the Cascades Course or Old Course;
* miniature golf on a replica of the Cascades Course.
