Flynn’s Tire Wholesale, a division of Flynn’s Tire Group based in Hermitage, Pa., has launched a new website for wholesale customers.
The company says the new design makes it easier for wholesale customers to track and analyze their purchases. There is a public side and an account-specific side.
The public side displays an overview of Flynn's Tire Wholesale with information about locations and contact information, sales representative service areas, tire rebate forms, equipment sales, tire brands offered, tire programs, reward trips summaries, press releases and Flynn's history.
The account-specific side has two login areas for active customers. The Tireweb Login links to the Flynn's B2B site for ordering tires. This is similar to the previous version with some enhancements.
The other login area is a new section called "Customer Sales Stats.” This section accesses a secure database which displays customer-specific purchase history and current points a customer has earned in the company’s rewards programs. Information within the database will be updated at the end of each day.
"We saw the need to provide as much up-to-date information as possible to our customers so that they can make informed decisions on tire buying with Flynn's Tire Wholesale,” says Shaun Fitzgerald, general manager. “Our customers can now get updated daily on their standings for rebates, reward trips and special purchase programs."
Flynn's President Joe Flynn III says: "This is an amazing leap forward that allows our customers to be better informed and therefore more profitable. I am personally excited about this new wholesale website because its launch at the beginning of 2014 coincides with the year of Flynn's 50th anniversary. So much has evolved since our first retail location opened in 1964. This website is light years beyond what we would have ever imagined when we started."
Flynn's Tire Wholesale has large warehouses strategically located to service an area spanning six states. Flynn’s is a distributor of most major brands in the Western Pennsylvania, East/Central Ohio region and parts of New York, Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia.
Flynn's five commercial tire locations service commercial and farm/tractor suppliers and fleets within the same regions. Additionally, Flynn's Tire has a tire retread division to supply truck tires to the motor freight carrier industry.
