Tire Industry Association (TIA) President Ken Brown opened the new year in Pico Rivera, Calif., where he was the keynote speaker at the second annual 1-800EveryRim.com–OEM Wheels "Happy New Year Luncheon."
Brown’s topic was “TIA Today, TIA Tomorrow,” which emphasized training. “The passionate dealers of California will drive their success,” he told the 62 attendees.

With representatives from the California Tire Dealers Association (CTDA), the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Wheel & Tire Council, and TIA in attendance, 1-800EveryRim President Billy Eordekian stressed the importance of association membership and "associating.”
CTDA board member Ed King presented Eordekian with a plaque for his leadership and service as president of CTDA from 2010-2013. CTDA also was represented by Vice President Chris Barry, an Independent Tire Dealers Group LLC (ITDG) member.
