Federal Corp. has promoted C.I. Chen to serve as the company's president. His appointment was effective May 8.
With an academic background in industrial engineering and enterprise, Chen spent nearly 30 years working for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., including serving as vice president of business development. He most recently served as vice president of Federal, and the company says he has "led the organization to achieve consecutive years of unprecedented growth."
Chen will continue to work closely with the corporate management team to guide the company with its principles of innovation, integrity and relentless pursuit of excellence.
