Modern Tire Dealer is accepting nominations for its 28th Tire Dealer of the Year Award, through May 29, 2020, here.Established in 1993, MTD’s Tire Dealer of the Year Award is the longest-running, most prestigious honor of its kind.
Past Tire Dealer of the Year Award recipients include Bill Williams, chairman of Jack Williams Tire Co. (pictured); last year’s winner, John McCarthy Jr., president of McCarthy Tire Service Co. Inc.; the late Bruce Halle, founder of Discount Tire; the late Paul Zurcher, founder of the Best One Tire & Service network; Bob and Juanita Purcell of Purcell Tire & Rubber Co.; Ricky Benton, owner of Black’s Tire & Auto Service; and others.
In addition to the recognition of his or her peers, this year’s winner will be featured in the September edition of MTD. And MTD will make a cash donation to the charity of the award winner’s choice.
