'Cole Train' Richardson Signs With Kenda for 2020 GNCC

Feb. 27, 2020

Kenda USA has signed Cole "Cole Train" Richardson for the 2020 GNCC (Grand National Cross Country) race season.

Kenda says the talented Yamaha rider has been dialing in the pro class and looks to dominate in 2020. Kenda has equipped Richardson with the specially developed Havok sport ATV tire, and will launch to the public this season.

The team expects that Kenda’s newest best-in-class tire performance characteristics matched with Richardson’s prowess and determination will turn heads at the podium.

The young rider, hailing from Pennsylvania, maintains a practice schedule that includes intensive out-of-state training in warmer southern states during winter months. This relentless routine keeps Cole and his quad in top shape to tackle the demanding conditions and challenges of the GNCC circuit. When he isn’t testing, practicing or racing, he admits to being a big fan of Minecraft and donuts. Whatever his routine, it seems to be working and consistently landing him on the top of the podium, so keep up the donuts, Cole!

Brian Darst, Kenda's sponsorship manager, says it’s great to have such a talented young rider on the team and looks forward to the partnership with Richardson.

Jason Baldwin, director of powersports, says, “It’s awesome to have Cole on Kendas this year. He is super fast and shows enormous promise for such a young rider. His feedback throughout the season will be a great help to our research department so we can continue to make our products even better.”
