TBC Corp. reports four associates from company-owned locations were the recipients of the 2017 ASE Technician of the Year Award.
Every year the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) selects technicians based on specific criteria including ASE certification level, commitment to total customer satisfaction and community involvement. Forty-seven automotive professionals, out of more than 250,000 ASE certified professionals, were recognized in mid-November at ASE’s fall board of governors meeting held at the Marriott Mission Valley in San Diego, Calif.
TBC’s associates work for three company-owned and operated retail brands: NTB Tire and Service Centers, Merchant’s Tire and Automotive Centers and Tire Kingdom Service Centers.
“These four technicians are truly the best in the industry and should be commended for their continued dedication to continuous improvement and dedication to their trade,” says Erik Olsen, TBC’s president and CEO. “We’re honored to recognize them as ASE Technicians of the Year and, on behalf of TBC Corp., I would like to congratulate them on their well-deserved awards.”
