Kumho Tire U.S.A. Inc. has been selected by the Volkswagen Group of America as an original equipment supplier for the new 2018 Atlas SUV.
As the newest and largest member of the Volkswagen portfolio, the seven-passenger SUV will be available with the Kumho Crugen KL33 in size 245/60R18 in the North American market and Crugen HP91 in sizes 245/60R18 and 255/50R20 for fitments overseas.
The tires are produced at the company’s Gwangju plant in Korea and will be supplied to Volkswagen’s factory in Chattanooga, Tenn.
